Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales or Retail Operations (FMCG preferred)
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Results-driven with strong execution capability
