Locations: Kampala & Kabale
Role Summary:
Support daily retail operations by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring product availability, and driving sales performance.

• Shop Operations & Service Excellence
• Reporting & Communication
• Compliance & Asset Management
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in a business-related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management
