Position: Graduate Trainee – Finance
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate (or up to one year post-university) who is eager to build a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations and reporting activities
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Participate in stock management and inventory tracking processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members on various finance-related tasks and projects
• Learn and apply financial systems, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., BCom, BBA, or equivalent)
• Recent graduate or up to one (1) year of work experience
• Basic understanding of finance principles and accounting concepts
• Familiarity with stock or inventory management is an added advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the finance field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
