1. JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing
marketing activities across digital and traditional channels in support of the company’s brand
positioning, customer acquisition, and retention objectives. The incumbent is expected to
operate with a high degree of initiative and minimum supervision.

2. ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT
The Marketing Executive reports directly to the Marketing Manager or, in the absence
thereof, the General Manager. The role has no direct reports but may coordinate the work
of external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.

3. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
3.1 Digital Marketing
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all company social media platforms in line
with the approved content calendar
• Set up, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
similar platforms)
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO
compliance
• Execute and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions,
and lead nurturing workflows
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital channels using relevant
analytics tools
• Manage the company’s online reputation including timely responses to enquiries and
reviews
3.2 Traditional / Non-Digital Marketing
• Coordinate the development and production of all printed collateral including
brochures, flyers, banners, and point-of-sale material
• Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and
sponsorships
• Manage relationships with print suppliers, media houses, and external creative
service providers
• Support outdoor advertising and local area marketing initiatives
• Ensure all physical marketing materials are delivered on time, within budget, and
consistent with brand standards
3.3 Brand & Communications
• Ensure all internal and external communications and materials conform to the
company’s brand guidelines
• Assist in the development of marketing copy for various channels and audiences
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
3.4 Planning & Reporting
• Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly marketing activity plan aligned to
business objectives
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to surface relevant insights and
opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports for management covering campaign results,
spend, and recommendations
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with lead generation and
conversion goals

4. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Management,
or a related field
Experience
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
• Demonstrable experience executing both digital and non-digital marketing campaigns
• Prior exposure to the financial services, leasing, or property sector will be
advantageous
Knowledge
• Digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email
marketing platforms)
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) principles
• Print production processes and supplier management
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting

6. TOOLS & SYSTEMS
The incumbent is expected to be proficient in or willing to learn the following:
• Social media management tools
• Graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Web CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or similar)
• Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. WORKING CONDITIONS
• Office-based with occasional travel required for events, activations, and supplier
meetings
• May be required to work outside of standard hours during campaigns, events, or
activations
