Hotel Manager

We are looking for a vibrant, experienced, and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead our team and elevate our service standards.

Core Responsibilities

❖Lead Operations: Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

❖Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest satisfaction, resolving issues with diplomacy and a “customer-first” mindset.

❖Team Management: Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

❖Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounts, inventory, and operational costs to ensure profitability.

❖Quality Control: Maintain strict standards for hygiene, safety, and facility maintenance.

Candidate Requirements: Education:

A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in a hotel management or supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, and mastery of organizational tasks.

Personal Attributes:

High integrity, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible hours.
