Position: IndependentTelesales Consultant (Agent)

Location: Kampala, Uganda(Remote / Field Support as required)
Reporting To: Sales Manager /Director
1. Job Purpose
To generate qualified leads,schedule client appointments, and drive revenue growth for MarshallDog Services through proactive telesales engagement and follow-up.
Conducting outbound sales callsto prospective clients
Introducing and promotingMarshall Dog Services offerings
Identifying customer securityneeds and qualifying prospects
Scheduling meetings betweenpotential clients and the sales team
Following up on leads to closedeals
Maintaining accurate call logsand customer records
Updating CRM or lead trackingsystems (where applicable)
Providing weekly performancereports
Representing the companyprofessionally at all times
Minimum 15 outbound calls perday
Minimum 10 confirmed clientmeeting appointments per week
Contribution to successful dealclosures through effective lead generation
Performance shall be reviewedperiodically.
Monthly Retainer: UGX 300,000
Airtime & InternetFacilitation: UGX 60,000 per month
Commission: 7% on successfuldeals
Commission payable monthly uponreceipt of client payment
Commission remains payable onlywhile the engagement is active
Note: Compensation structure issubject to review depending on business needs.
Previous experience intelesales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong communication andpersuasion skills
Ability to meet daily andweekly performance targets
Good record-keeping andreporting skills
Self-motivated andresults-oriented
Basic computer literacy (MSOffice, email, CRM systems)
Excellent verbal communication
