About the Role:

Bubbly Inner Beauty Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-quality soaps, detergents, and personal 

care products, is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to drive product visibility, grow revenue, and 

expand our market presence across Uganda.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Merchandiser to support product visibility, 

availability, and sales growth for our household and commercial cleaning detergents. The role is 

field-based and involves promoting products, supporting sales through up-selling and cross￾selling, and building strong relationships with retail outlets and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and visible in assigned outlets

• Promote products to retailers and customers to drive sales

• Support up-selling and cross-selling in key accounts

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned routes

• Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock situations

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers

• Collect market and competitor information

• Submit daily and weekly field reports

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (added advantage)

Strong communication and customer service skills

• Interest in sales and field work (prior merchandising experience is an added advantage 

but not required)

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Honest, reliable, and results-oriented
