Remuneration
Gross Monthly Salary: UGX 1,200,000
Attractive Performance-Based Commissions
Location: Greater Kampala Area
Minimum Requirements
Maximum 35 years of age
Currently working in SME Lending or SME Sales
Actively engaged in field-based SME client acquisition and business development
Proven hands-on experience in SME credit appraisal, loan origination, and portfolio management
Minimum Diploma in a Business-related field from a recognized institution
At least 2 years’ experience in SME Lending or SME Sales
